Requirements:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle a high volume of work with precision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in drafting reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in managing executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings.
