Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Technology
- Min. 5 years of experience, preferably from Consulting, Finance, Chemicals, Energy or Manufacturing company.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex business data and identify strategic opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and convey ideas to diverse audiences, including senior management.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute long-term business plans and strategies.
- Ability to confidently stand by recommendations and opinions, even in the face of opposition or conflicting views.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define and help execute strategic priorities, long-term objectives, and projects.
- Coordinate among the Office of Strategy Management team to ensure alignment, open information sharing, and minimal overlapping duties.
- Manage/monitor certain projects and strategic initiatives by driving execution with high quality and timeliness
- Prepare executives for key meetings, calls, presentations, and events
- Create business intelligence dashboards and analytics to inform executive decisions
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional/department heads, and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate strategic priorities, progress updates, and performance insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
