Requirements:
- Candidates is Male or Female max 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, preferably Bachelor of Law, with at least 5 years of experience in a Corporate Secretary Department in a public listed company
- Fluent in English in verbal and writing & very well organized
- Able to work independently, proactive collaborator and team player
- Strong problem-solving skills, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, action oriented, action oriented and result driven
- Strong practical knowledge of general corporate Indonesian legal system particularly related to Capital Market
- Detail oriented, excellent drafting, reporting and writing
- Having a good communication skill, influencing and facilitative, also able to maintain a polite and professional demeanor
- Having positive values, such as Excellence, Perseverance, Integrity and Care.
Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance, to advice and manage all corporate actions that may be required by the Group related to Corporate Secretary matters.
- Responsible for compliances with all laws & regulations related to Company law, IDX & OJK regulations. It will require frequent communications with the OJK and the IDX where necessary, assisting the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work and ensuring proper corporate governance. This includes arranging, coordinating and attending AGMS, EGMS, BOC&BOD meetings and other committee meetings and take minutes, drafting resolutions and announcements, maintaining statutory filings, liaising with external service.
- Conducting research, regulation updates and information which demonstrating through Capital Market knowledge to identify concerns in relevant industry sectors. Providing effective organization of documentation and planning, administer and monitor the agreements;
- Maintain good relations with related Government Entities, Notaries, Securities Administration Bureau (BAE), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI), and other related third parties.
