Whistleblowing System

The Whistleblowing System (WBS) is established to strengthen the implementation and enforcement of Good Corporate Governance. This system reflects the Company’s commitment to conducting its business professionally, ethically, and in alignment with the Company’s Code of Conduct and core values.

To ensure transparency and fairness, the Company provides a secure and reliable reporting channel for any suspected violations, which is managed objectively and responsibly.

Employees and other stakeholders may submit a report if they identify potential actions related to the following matters:

1. Violation of Code of Conduct

Any behavior that is inconsistent with the Company’s Code of Conduct and ethical standards.

6. Extortion

Violations of human rights, illegal drug use, and other ethical breaches.

2. Corruption

Abuse of authority or position for personal or third-party benefit that causes harm to the Company.

7. Conflict of Interest

Situations where personal interests interfere with professional duties and decision-making.

3. Bribery / Gratification

Giving, receiving, or offering anything of value to improperly influence a business decision.

8. Harassment

Unwelcome conduct, whether verbal, physical, or visual, that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

4. Fraud / Forgery

Any act of deception, falsification, or manipulation of information for unlawful or unethical gain.

9. Violation of the Law

Any action that breaches applicable laws, regulations, or legal requirements.

5. Theft / Embezzlement

Unauthorized taking, misuse, or misappropriation of Company assets, funds, or property.

10. Violation of Company Regulations, Policies, or SOPs

Failure to comply with established Company rules, policies, procedures, or standard operating guidelines.

 

Violation reports may be submitted in Bahasa Indonesia or English, through the channels provided.
