In 2019, the Company received Top 50 Mid-Cap Public Listed Company by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD).The assessment used is the Corporate Governance (CG) Scorecard from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) which includes the rights of shareholders, equal treatment of shareholders, the role of stakeholders, disclosure and transparency as well as the responsibilities of the Board.
