Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in a public company (Tbk).
- Demonstrated understanding of capital market regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Bahasan & English)
Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate actions, organize company organ meetings, prepare minutes, draft resolutions, handle filing, documentation, and communication with external supporting professionals.
- Conduct research and update on regulations and information related to capital markets and corporate law to identify issues in the sector.
- Manage communication with government entities, capital market regulators (OJK, BAE, BEI, KSEI, and other relevant third parties).
- Oversee the corporate secretary function and ensure good corporate governance.
- Perform initial drafting and review of corporate documents, reports, and other documents related to the corporate secretary function.
- Organize documentation, planning, management, and monitor reporting obligations.
