Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and related regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HC Services department, managing a team of HR professionals.
  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy of payroll processing, health benefit administration, employee attendance, training rollout and other employee service requirements, including managing the HCIS.
  • Administer and manage various employee benefits programs, including retirement plans, insurance, and wellness and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding employee documentation and benefits.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HC services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and integration of HC services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Prepare and present reports on HC services metrics to senior management
