Job Requirement

  • Strong knowledge of RCM, RBI, and reliability management systems.
  • Experience in equipment criticality assessment and CMMS (PM & PdM).
  • Proficient in condition monitoring (e.g., visual inspection, ultrasonic testing).
  • Mechanical and inspection experience in ammonia manufacturing is a plus.
  • Background in ammonia, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries preferred.

Training & Certification

  • ARP-E (Asset Reliability Practitioner – Engineer) certified
  • ISO Vibration Analysis level -2 certified by Mobius
  • NDE (UT/PT/MT) level 2 certified by ASNT or equivalent
  • Corrosion training

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance HR Services activities such as Payroll, ER/IR, Compensation & Benefit
  • Initiatively or as instructed by HR Services Lead to provide support and assistance to HR team on the HR related task
  • Ensure that all the required data/documents are in place
  • Actively communicate to employees, HO team & other related third parties for the progress or update data/documents
  • Perform collection of data, information, and documents related to employee attendance, including overtime data, employee leave, and rosters and other benefit.
  • Responsive toward any issue that may be raised by employees and allocate time and willing to listen for any issues from employees
  • Able to provide counceling related to compensation benefit and ER/IR aspects
  • Act and report to all relevant parties if find unsafe conditions and actions in the workplace that can harm the environment and threaten occupational safety and health.
  • Implementing SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and SML (Environmental Management System) to create a work environment that is healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly.
  • Achieve significant level of understanding to the current applied manpower regulation and able to communicate the regulations to employees
  • Perform other HR duties as instructed by superior and Management and actively contribute to any company events
