Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or any related field.
- Min. 10 years of experience, preferably from Ammonia / Petrochemical / Methanol / Oil & Gas / Fertilizer company.
- Deep understanding of Ammonia Plant & Process.
- Familiar and can handle startup/shutdown/ emergency case in the field area also.
- Having a production-related training or certification.
- Having a good Analytical skill.
- Disciplined and have a good behaviour and attitude
- Willing to work in roster system
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide Ammonia & Utility plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and stable performance based on standard procedures.
- Lead, coordinate, and troubleshoot plant operations, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and swift resolution of issues.
- Maintain and report on plant operating conditions, ensuring seamless shift transitions and continuous monitoring.
- Provide training, coaching, and development to subordinate operators, enhancing their skills and competencies.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for Ammonia Plant operations.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and contractors, supervising activities and ensuring safe pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup processes.
- Act as a role model, adhering to company values and safety practices, and leading during emergencies.
