(IDX: ESSA) (“ESSA” or “The Company”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, PT Panca Amara Utama (PAU), has succeeded in obtaining the GREEN PROPER Award for the second consecutive year. The award was bestowed during the Anugerah Lingkungan PROPER dan Kinerja Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah Tahun 2023 Ceremony, held on 20 December 2023. The GREEN PROPER Awards indicates the success achieved by PAU in implementing the initiative beyond compliance in environmental management.
PAU received the GREEN PROPER Award among 196 honored recipients out of 3,694 participating companies. PAU proudly stands as a top 7.63% performer among all participating companies, highlighting its commitment to environmental stewardship. The ceremony, recognizing excellence in environmental practices, also acknowledged 79 companies with GOLD PROPER, 196 with GREEN PROPER, 2,131 with BLUE PROPER, 1,077 with RED PROPER and 211 companies pending further evaluation that are still waiting for further evaluation to obtain BLACK PROPER.
PROPER assessments encompass a comprehensive review of environmental aspects, evaluating a Company’s dedication to sustainable practices and minimizing its ecological footprint.
