Persyaratan :
- Proficient in operating and understanding reformer, KRES, HTS, LTS, Compressor, CO2 Removal, Steam System, Chemical Injection, Cooling Water System, Synloop, Ammonia Storage Tank, Ammonia Transfer, BOG Compressor & Flare Stack
- Expertise in Ammonia process
- Capable of handling startup / shutdown / emergency situations in the field
- Preference for experience in Ammonia / Petrochemical / Methanol / Oil & Gas/Fertilizer industry
- Training and certification in: DCS Operation / KBR Purifier or Topsoe Ammonia Technology / Pump, Compressor, Turbine, Compressor Operation / Basic Health, Safety, and Environmental topics / Emergency response, Fire, and Safety /Alarm Management
Peran / Tanggung Jawab :
- Troubleshoot DCS Ammonia Plant for parameter deviations and emergencies.
- Ensure safety compliance during shift hours to prevent accidents.
- Execute routine orders under supervision.
- Monitor plant conditions and report issues promptly.
- Prepare shift reports for handover, ensuring continuity of information.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Coordinate with Foreman/Field Operator/Maintenance.
- Alert Shift Superintendent about plant status changes.
- Analyse process alarms and take prompt action.
- Ensure compliance with PTW and LOTO systems.
- Implement HSE and EMS for a safe work environment.
