- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with over 15 years of experience.
- Have experience in HSE Management, Plant Asset Integrity Management, Process Safety Management, Equipment Criticality & Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) or plant integrity inspection, CMMS & Predictive Inspection, Rotating equipment and condition monitoring, Welding technology & inspection, Non-Destructive Examination.
- Experience in use of mechanical international standard: ASME, ANSI, API, ASTM
- Understanding of Indonesian regulations for mechanical equipment
- Able to operate MS Office 2010, Maximo or other equivalent CMMS
- Willing to work with Roster condition (6 weeks on duty and 3 weeks off duty)
- Essential Training Topics Requirement: Plant Asset Management, Risk base Inspection & Reliability Center Management and Root Cause Analysis.
- Ensure safety, reliability, quality, production uptime, and team development goals set by Site Management.
- Ensure Plant Asset & Integrity Management compliance with statutory regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Reliability & Inspection plans for Process Equipment
- Manage Plant Asset Integrity within budgetary constraints.
- Lead with a company culture-focused leadership style
- Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and facility improvements through the reliability & inspection team.
- Ensure recruitment, training, and development align with Company Standards & Regulations for R & I personnel.
- Implement SMK3 and SML systems to foster a safe and environmentally friendly workplace.
- Enforce compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Management System (EMS) policies and regulations among all staff and contractors.
